 Easy Mexican Chicken Bake

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tsp dry taco seasoning
1/2 C salsa
1/2 C cheddar cheese

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  
  • Spray a shallow baking dish with Pam.
  • Coat the chicken breasts lightly with the taco seasoning.
  • Place in the baking dish.
  • Top with salsa.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
