Easy Mexican Chicken Bake
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tsp dry taco seasoning
1/2 C salsa
1/2 C cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray a shallow baking dish with Pam.
- Coat the chicken breasts lightly with the taco seasoning.
- Place in the baking dish.
- Top with salsa.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
